If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging with tags attached.

How to return

• Contact us with your order number and the reason for return.
• We will arrange a pickup or guide you to send the item back.
• Once received and inspected, we will exchange or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are made via bKash, Nagad or bank transfer within 5–7 working days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened beauty, personal care, food and undergarment items cannot be returned.
